Unity Cup: Jamaica draft in former Chelsea player for Super Eagles clash

Jamaica have drafted in former Chelsea player Malik Mothersille into their squad ahead of the Unity Cup final clash with Nigeria.

The Reggae Boys will lock horns with Eric Chelle’s side at the Gtech Community Stadium, Brentford on Saturday.

Mothersille is currently on the books of English League One club, Peterborough United.

The 21-year-old has also been named in Jamaica’s 60-man squad for the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Jamaica defeated the Soca Warriors of Trinidad and Tobago 3-2 to book a place in the final of the Unity Cup.

Nigeria on the other hand sealed a place in the final after edging past eternal rivals Black Stars of Ghana 2-1.
