TEAM USA star Lindsey Vonn went for a night out in New York after her recent horror injury.

Vonn, 41, just 14 seconds into her run in the women’s downhill skiing event two months ago during the recent Winter Olympics.

It came just over one week after the alpine ski racer while competing in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.

But it seems like the Olympian is making very good progress as she was spotted hanging out in .

Vonn was seen going out in a raunchy red power suit that she combined with black high heels.

The skier went out on crutches as she still powers through her injury.

But Vonn is making remarkable progress in her recovery so far after to repair the damage.

To the dismay of her own family, however, she to the slopes.

Vonn told Today: “It’s just that ski racing is something I love to do and I never got a final run.

“I never got to say goodbye.”

Vonn believes that her devastating crash “leaves a door slightly open” to her making a return.

She continued, “I don’t know, maybe I would do one more race to say goodbye.

“Maybe I’ll race again. It might be fun to do one more run. We’ll see.”

However, she has yet to make a final decision about her future.

Vonn told The Associated Press: “I just don’t want to jump to any conclusions or even speculate on what I might do.

“I may retire. I may never race again and that would be completely fine, but I’m not in a position emotionally to make that decision at this point.”
