New Footage Reveals Putin's Own Missile Struck Oil Depot, Igniting Massive Fireball

HUMILIATING new footage shows that Vladimir Putin’s own air defence missile blitzed Moscow’s key oil depot and caused its lid to fly off into the sky.

Jaw-dropping pictures earlier today showed the depot’s lid soar sky-high over a fiery mushroom cloud.

Fresh video from the scene shows that an errant Russian surface-to-air missile for the tank roof’s loss in what will lead key Kremlin figures red-faced.

Several fires at the Gazprom plant – just 10 miles from the Kremlin – also sent walls of thick smoke billowing over the city’s outskirts.

More than 500 flights were cancelled or delayed near the Russian capital as the city reeled from the strikes.

In another bitter blow to Putin, Ukraine also hit multiple road and rail bridges, restricting access and supply routes to Crimea, occupied by Russia since 2014.

The pinpoint attacks test Russia’s control of the Black Sea peninsula.

Ukraine’s defence minister Mykhailo Fedorov said: “Crimea is being isolated by drones.”

“In the near future, it seems that Crimea will turn into an island, and this could lead to very unexpected consequences for the Russians.”

The Ukrainian president added: “This is an entirely justified response to Russia’s attacks on our cities and communities, and another important result of our servicemen’s efforts against facilities that sustain Russia’s war machine.”

Once again, Zelensky made a plea for peace, saying: “The time has come to bring this war to an end, and Russia must take the necessary steps towards diplomacy.”
