THIS is the moment a key airbase deep into Russia was struck by drones in another humiliating blow to Vladimir Putin.

Footage shows the unmanned aircraft blasting the base in Saratov Oblast , some 370miles away from the front line.

Photos and videos circulating on social media show an enormous blast at the base near Engels as appears to deliver another huge setback to Mad Vlad’s war effort.

It comes as brutal Russian missile and drone strikes hit Kyiv as arrived in the Ukrainian capital for his final visit as PM.
