RUSSIA is sending alcoholics from across the country to wage Putin’s war against Ukraine.
In recent video footage, a Russian soldier claimed new arrivals to his unit were older, physically unfit and dealing with the effects of dependency.

The unnamed serviceman said the men were rounded up by “black recruiters” at a facility in Petrozavodsk and shipped to the front line.
These “black recruiters” refer to intermediaries who enlist men for military service through coercion, deception, or outright fraud.
Operating alongside or in the shadow of the official recruitment system, they are often paid bonuses for enlisting men, regardless of their condition.
Once these booze-addled recruits were gathered together, the mysterious men confiscated their , draining their bank accounts of all their contents.
In an expletive-laden rant, the soldier said: “They f*****g recruited a bunch of cripples who can’t even f*****g walk on top of being mentally unwell.
“I saw it myself – from Petrozavodsk, from Karelia, they recruited these f*****g guys from rehab, f*****g drunks.”
“What’s up with that guy? How does he managed to get around?” the soldier added.
“Even if he does make it there, he won’t even be able to [fight], you know?”
These are the latest claims that has relied on questionable methods to recruit soldiers who are either physically or mentally unfit for combat.
Among those targeted are men with serious illnesses, mental disabilities or foreigners who have been allegedly pressured into joining up.
Ukrainian officials say this highlights how is increasingly dependent on vulnerable recruits.
According to the Ukrainian Security and Cooperation Centre (USCC), the number of Russians killed in in January exceeded the number of new recruits by approximately 9,000.
Oksana Kuzan, co-founder and head of the analytical department of the USCC, said: “Given the situation, Russia has indeed been actively recruiting vulnerable groups, including people with various addictions, the unemployed, the ill, and former prisoners, and has also been using different methods to recruit migrants from other countries into its armed forces.”
She added Russian propagandists have indicated that the has set specific recruitment quotas at a regional level.
However, local officials will often send almost anyone to the front line with little to no regard for suitability.
These men’s signatures are often forged, or they are given the unsavoury choice between military service or time behind bars in one of Russia‘s hellhole prisons.
To make matters worse, Russia is also accused of recruiting soldiers infected with horrible diseases including HIV and hepatitis.
These recruits are then reportedly deployed into segregated units and told to wear armbands identifying themselves.
On the front line, some soldiers are sent into the throes of battle with little to no protective equipment.

To replace the thousands of soldiers lost in mindless combat, Russia is now thought to have turned to Africa for its latest recruitment drive.
“It can be assumed that as Russian military losses in the war against Ukraine increase, and the number of contract soldiers declines, the activity of such ‘black recruiters’ will also intensify,” Kuzan said.
