ARSENAL boss Mikel Arteta took time off his busy schedule to give a motivational speech to aspiring managers during the international break.

, 44, led the Gunners to their first Premier League title in 22 years as well as their second Champions League final since 2006 which they lost to Paris Saint-Germain last season.

The Spanish tactician has also enjoyed an impressive start to the 2026/27 campaign as he’s won seven out of eight matches across all competitions.

And the Prem champion decided to pay it forward by sharing the secrets to success to up-and-coming coaches as a guest speaker of the Football Association of Wales.

FAW announced: “Great insight today for the @UEFA Pro Licence cohort, with Mikel Arteta joining us for a thought provoking Q&A.

“Discussing leadership, philosophy, culture and performance, there was plenty for coaches to reflect on and apply to their own environments.”

And a number of attendees took to social media to thank Arteta for his words of wisdom.

One tweeted: “Incredible insight.”

Another commented: “As expected, extreme humility.”

A third wrote: “Respect to share what it takes to thrive at the highest level.”

This attendee said: “Our appreciation.”

And that one added: “GOAT!”

Arteta will look to knuckle down once the three-week international break comes to an end as suffered on Saturday when defeated them .
