While fans are yet to know exactly where the pair are to be wed abroad, a source told The Sun they were Son Marroig, costing around £10,000.

But now, it seems could be in jeopardy as they opened up on a legal minefield.

Speaking on their podcast, The Nearly Weds with Molly & Tom, they explained the confusing situation.

Tom said: “So you basically have to give notice [for your UK wedding] to whichever council you pay council tax to.”

added: “We still haven’t figured it out if I’m completely honest.”

Tom continued: “So we need to do that because we need to give notice.”

Molly replied: “Yeah because you can run out of time. If we don’t, the wedding won’t mean a single thing if we don’t legally get married first.”

, 26, then dropped a huge bombshell: “We might even have to put the wedding back from it’s original date.

“I think a lot of focus has gone on our abroad wedding but this matters.”

Bride-to-be Molly admitted she feels like they haven’t put as much effort into their UK wedding because it’s going to be “super lowkey.”

The couple revealed it will be “very intimate” with only their close family in attendance.
