He captioned the image: “Just had the perfect week in St Kitts thanks to @stkittstourism.
“Celebrating the sunshine and taking time to reflect on life and work while spending time with the team filming for one of our major @itvwin January competitions.
“Thank you to @mickarchy, @roscoyule, PB, and Anita for being such wonderful company and for doing an excellent job.

In an emotional message, Jeff expressed: “I’m filled with love and gratitude for Kate.
“For all we accomplished, for how much we evolved, for everything we faced together.
“We separated during the summer and kept it private for as long as we could to give ourselves some time to adjust.
“For 12 years, we have been each other's safe haven and biggest supporters during a time filled with challenges and complexities.
“I am incredibly proud of how hard we worked, how we continued to show up, and how we gave everything we had.
“I also hold deep respect and admiration for the successful career Kate has built and the way she cared for me unconditionally.
“It speaks volumes about the woman she is that she still checks in to see how the boys are doing because she is genuinely invested in their lives.
“They adore her, and I have many friends who love her too. I will miss her family, who always went above and beyond to support us.
“My words can’t convey the full picture because they don’t need to.
“We will continue to support one another, and I know I’ll be celebrating her inevitable successes just like before.
“We both deserve complete happiness, and it saddens us that we ultimately couldn’t provide that for each other, so it felt right to let go.”
