THE World Cup clash between France and Iraq has been DELAYED.
Severe storms down at the Philadelphia Stadium saw the field drenched.

Players and fans were left soaked as the wild weather battered the City of Brotherly Love.
During halftime of the clash, supporters were warned to go inside due to thunderstorms in the area.
The wind is understood to a major issue in the stadium.
That came at the start of the break, meaning there was a 15 minute interval.
Due to Fifa’s World Cup rules, a delay of 30 minutes must be observed when lightning is in the area.
However, it was believed the players will start warming up again at 6.40pm ET (11.40pm UK).
That did NOT happen, and by 7pm ET (Midnight UK), the players were still not out on the field.
That means the France against Iraq showdown will not restart until AT LEAST around 7.15pm ET (12.15am midnight UK).
That could be extended if there is even more lightning or bad weather in the area.
