And with berry season upon us, a new study by Chicks Gold has revealed Aldi has the most budget-friendly option for Brits looking to enjoy the Wimbledon staple from home – at just 65p a serving!
The price has recently dropped to just 61p a serving, with punnets priced from 99p, and it’s expected 5 million packs of Aldi Nature’s Pick Strawberries 400g, £1.99 , will fly of shelves during the tournament, along with Aldi Cowbelle Fresh British Single Cream 300ml, £1.09 .
And if you’re passing Aldi in Wimbledon today, you could pick up some free strawbs, as there are thousands being given away – it certainly beats those sold at the tennis ground for £2.85 a pop!

In partnership with Wimbledon, Stella Artois has launched Stella Artois 4 x 440ml Strawberries & Cream Flavoured Premium Lager Limited Edition, £6.50 , with pints of the eyebrow-raising beer also served at the tournament.
The lager comes blush-pink with a creamy foam, and while it’s dividing beer lovers’ opinions left, right and centre (court), there’s only one way to see if you’re a fan – crack open a can this evening!
