"Billi Mucklow Faces New Heartache as Andy Carroll Prepares to Expose Stag Do Scandal and Lou Teasdale in Tell-All Book"

IT’S BEEN almost two years since Billi Mucklow’s split from Andy Carroll, but the ex-footballer is set to reopen old wounds with an explosive tell-all book that promises to lay bare his turbulent life.

However, , 37, is refusing to take his latest move lying down.

Friends say she’s channelled her energy into a that has seen her lose over a stone – and without the help of fat jabs.

The long-suffering ex-wife of the Geordie footballer has already had to endure the humiliation of , before watching move on with new girlfriend celebrity hairdresser , 42.

And now in a fresh blow, Billi has to deal with him airing their dirty laundry in public.

The former Newcastle and striker, 37, has signed a six-figure book deal with powerhouse publisher Pan Macmillan to release his first autobiography, Owning It, described on their website as a “deeply personal memoir.”

The sportsman is putting pen to paper to rake over his career highs and lows and is set to go into gory detail about his chequered personal life, including with former TOWIE star Billi, which ended in June 2024.

A source said: “The split has been tumultuous with Andy has been parading his new relationship around soon after they split. Billi has kept a dignified silence during the break up, but Andy bringing up all the hurt and well documented incidents could really hurt.”

Much of their relationship was overshadowed by Andy’s well-documented struggles with heavy drinking and , which reportedly caused embarrassment for Billi during their time together.

Their at the five-star Four Seasons hotel in Hampshire in June 2022 famously nearly got called off altogether after a picture emerged of him completely sozzled, with Andy alongside two women on his .

Raging Billi – mother of three of Andy’s children, Arlo, ten, Wolfie, eight and five-year-old daughter Marvel – removed her £200,000 engagement ring and moved out.

But she forgave Andy when one of the women, Taylor Jane Wilkey, insisted he was a gent and nothing sexual happened and the wedding went ahead.

A source said: “The stag do incident was obviously hugely embarrassing and Billi is keen to move on with her life without him dragging up old dirt. There are concerns from those around her that it could cause genuine upset.

“She’s been doing really well, but obviously she was a big part of his story.”

In a bid to take her mind off Andy’s upcoming book, yoga instructor Billi has been focusing on a huge makeover and showcased a new revenge body on .

She has shed an incredible 18lbs without using fat-jab, slimming down from a size 12 to a size 8 by taking on a personal trainer.

She has introduced 2-4 strength training sessions a week into her regime, plus a target of 7-12k steps a day. She’s also been eating high protein foods and has kept her diet in “moderate calorie deficit.”

A pal said: “Billi’s shunned fat jabs unlike everyone else in Essex, she’s never looked better and has really been showing Andy what he’s missing.

“She feels on top of the world and brimming with confidence. She’s lost weight the healthy way with hard work, determination, diet and exercise.”

Speaking about her transformation with Essex-based PT Ted Boswell she said: “Training with Ted has been a game changer. Every session is different, challenging and tailored to my goals.

“He’s helped me become stronger than I ever thought possible, educated me on training and nutrition, and completely changed my mindset around fitness.

“He’s been more than just a PT – he’s been an incredible support system. I’m healthier, happier and stronger than ever… now onto the next goal!”

Clearly now in a better headspace, it hasn’t always been the case.

Billi was said to be “shocked” when Andy – who has two children from a previous relationship, Emilie Rose, 16 and 15-year-old Lucas – moved on with Lou just four months after their ended.

At the time a source said: “Billi has been left hurt and blind-sided that Andy appears to have moved on so quickly with Lou. It feels very public and embarrassing, especially as they only split in .”

But with Lou – whose have included , and Alexa Chung – has been far from smooth sailing.

In June 2025, just seven months after , the couple made headlines after Greek were called to two separate incidents during a holiday in Mykonos, with Carroll questioned following reports of arguments at a beach restaurant and later at their hotel. He was not arrested or charged.

Just weeks later, reports emerged that the pair had split, although they briefly reconciled after Andy vowed to save the relationship.

At the time he said: “I love Lou and I love her family. We row like any couple.

“Things have been difficult for me and I’m going through a .

“Some of our rows have been about alcohol, as Lou has been teetotal for 14 years and I have a beer or wine at dinner and a drink after the game, but it’s not a problem in my life.

He added: “We’re better off together and we’re trying to work through our difficulties.”

But the reunion was short-lived, with the couple reportedly calling it quits again following a “ in September 2025.

The following month, they rekindled their romance for a third time, with Andy publicly gushing over his partner on her birthday, calling her “the love of my life” and adding: “If I had to do this life all over again I would still find you, still fall for you and still choose you.”

In the same month, Lou appeared on Paul Brunson’s podcast We Need To Talk, where she admitted she wanted to marry Andy.

She said: “I would really like to marry him, yes, but he is still married… We’ve had to try and take it slow. We’re really in love.”

Andy is expected to gush about his feelings for Lou in the new memoir.

A source said: “Although Andy and Lou’s relationship has been fiery, they are madly in love, with many friends who know them, expecting them to get engaged as soon as his divorce is finalised.

“Andy credits Lou with giving him focus and helping him lead a better life, he is expected to gush about her in the pages of his new book, which will, no doubt, hurt Billi even more.”

Aside from his glittering football career, Andy, who is currently a player/manager of lower league club Dagenham and Redbridge, has often been in the news over brawls and court cases.

In 2008 he was arrested for an alleged , which landed him a police caution.

A year later he was caught up in a bar brawl, charged with assault and fined £1,000, with £2,500 damages.

In 2010 he appeared in court accused of attacking his then-girlfriend Laurie Henderson. The charge was later dropped after the Crown Prosecution Service decided there was not a realistic chance of conviction.

In 2011, a man was arrested on suspicion of setting fire to Andy’s outside Nolan’s house. In 2017 a gun-wielding motorbike rider tried to rob Andy of his £22,000 watch as he drove home from training with .
