Transfer: AC Milan subject Boniface to thorough tests

Nigeria forward, Victor Boniface has been subjected to an unusual series of tests by AC Milan ahead of his transfer to the Serie A giants, DAILY POST reports.

Milan has agreed to sign the powerful striker on loan from Bundesliga club, Bayer Leverkusen for €5m with an option to buy for €25m.

Boniface, who arrived Italy on Friday, visited the Milan club facilities, and the Italian Olympic Committee, and Galeazzi Hospital in Milan for tests.

The 24-year-old will have more tests on Saturday (today), according to Football Italia.

Boniface have history with different injuries in the past.

The player went under the knife for a ligament injury in March 2019, and December 2020.

He also had muscular problems twice last season.
