TRAITORS fans wanting to marry at the show’s castle face at least a two-year wait — as bookings are set to settle a £2million debt.

A source said: “There’s almost more chance of being on the show than getting wed there.”

“Couples hoping to have their big day at the castle should banish the thought.”

The ­castle says: “We have no availability for 2026 nor 2027.”

papers reveal Ardross Castle Enterprises Ltd, the company running the venue, owes £1.96million.

The firm cleared £430,000 from an initial £2.4million debt from 2024-2025 as business appeared to boom and the will film there for the next five years.

The grand castle sits within 100 acres along the banks of River Averon and has become almost as much a star as host .

Devotees hoping to wed at the castle can exchange vows in the great hall which appears on screen as the round table room where contestants are given challenges and vote at banishment ceremonies.

It has space for 130 guests, with couples responsible for bringing in their own catering, bar and even tableware.

Reservations usually include exclusive access to the gardens and other parts of the building, including the kitchens where it is revealed who has been voted off.

But fans desperate to see the “Traitors Turret” — where decide who to take out next — will be disappointed to learn what is shown on TV is created through studio trickery.
