Scottish Premiership club Motherwell have announced the departure of Nigerian forward Moses Ebiye.

Ebiye’s contract is set to expire at the end of the month, and the club has decided not to offer him an extension.

The 28-year-old joined Motherwell on a free transfer in March 2024.

He made an immediate impact by scoring a dramatic winner on his debut against Dundee.

Throughout his spell with the club, Ebiye scored seven goals in 39 appearances across all competitions.

He began his career with the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL side Akwa United.

The striker also had a stint in Norway before his move to Motherwell.
