She sent his mum a “sexually explicit” photo that was taken without his consent with the caption: “This is what your son is like.

“I hope him and all his family rot in hell.”

Yeoman also lurked in a layby and waited for her ex to leave for work before tailgating and overtaking him – forcing the victim to make an emergency stop.

The stalker also called him up to 25 times a day, changed her profile picture to him on her social media and sent him abusive messages.

On one occasion, Yeoman, who was on bail at the time, chucked a bottle at his car as he drove at 45mph.

The attack resulted in a cracked windscreen, damaged wing mirror and dented car bonnet – causing £2,547 worth of damage.

Yeoman, who pleaded guilty to , stalking and sharing an intimate photo, avoided jail after spending 25 days on remand.

She was instead handed a 12-month community order, and must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work and 15 days of rehabilitation activities.

Poole Magistrates’ was told the pair split up when Yeoman’s ex liked a photo on of another girl.

Following the split, Yeoman demanded some clothing back she had left in his car but the ex refused to give it back because he feared she would try to rekindle the relationship.

She told him: “I bet your mum would like to see the s*** you do. Return my jackets or I will send her everything.”

Yeoman then began bombarding the victim with phonecalls from an unknown number and communicated with him via the Amazon Prime Video account they previously shared.

Victoria Hill, prosecuting, said: “The defendant started watching movies to send him messages.

“She’d watch ‘Murder, She Wrote’, ‘Til Death Do Us Part’, ‘I Miss You, Hugs and Kisses’ and so on.”

In a victim impact statement, Yeoman’s ex said he had suffered “significant psychological effects” as a result of her behaviour.

He added: “I’m always looking over my shoulder and worrying about my safety. I struggle to relax and sleep properly or feel safe in my own environment.

“I feel anxious and on edge worrying when she might turn up or what she might do.”

His mum said: “When I opened the message I was sickened to see she had taken a sexually explicit photo of what I assumed to be my son and Eve.

“It caused me a lot of distress and we live in fear of what she will do next as she is totally unhinged.”

Patricia Sheehan, defending, said the offences were “shocking” but told the court Yeoman has and was struggling with her mental health.

As well as a community order, she must pay her ex £600 in compensation and was slapped with a restraining order banning her from contacting him.

District Judge Orla Austin said: “I accept you are a young woman with no previous convictions but you sent a sexual image to his mother which was vindictive and designed to cause him maximum distress and humiliation.

“I take the view that the time you have spent in custody already is the equivalent of an eight to ten week sentence so I will be issuing a community order.”
