In response to the chaos, Putin said: “Unfortunately, there are also queues at [filling] stations, and it’s not always possible to find the right type of gasoline”.
The ageing dictator has pledged to dredge up oil and transport it over the sea after the Ukrainian army blitzed and blocked land routes.
