The system assists in identifying, monitoring, and disrupting offenders who present the highest risk.
It played a crucial role in apprehending a man who assaulted eight women in four days, including one rape at knifepoint.
This initiative comes as Labour launches what is being touted as the most extensive crackdown on violence against women and girls in British history.
By 2029, specialized investigators focused on rape and sexual offenses will be introduced in every police force.
Protection orders — which have been trialed over the past year — will be implemented nationwide.
These orders allow authorities to impose conditions as necessary to safeguard victims.
Violating these orders could lead to offenders being monitored with tags or imprisoned for up to five years.
Nearly £2 million will also be allocated to establish a team dedicated to addressing violence against women and girls online.
The Home Secretary stated: “This Government has declared violence against women and girls a national emergency.
“For far too long, these crimes have been viewed as a normal part of life.
“That is unacceptable. We aim to reduce these incidents by half within a decade.
“We will utilize the latest technology to combat abusers, stopping them in their tracks.
“Rapists, sex offenders, and abusers will have nowhere to hide.”
According to official statistics, one in every eight women experienced domestic abuse, sexual assault, or stalking in the past year.
On average, police recorded 200 rapes each day.
