Remo Stars claimed the title for the first time last season.
Record champions, Enyimba Football Club of Aba will be away to newly promoted side, Barau FC.
Abia Warriors and Kano Pillars will clash in the standout fixture of matchday one.
The first Oriental derby of the season will be between eight-time champions Rangers and Kun Khalifa FC.
The 2025/26 NPFL season will kick-off on Friday, 22 August.
