NICOLA Adams has left her fans concerned after making a cryptic post on TikTok about how she’s been going through the “toughest few weeks” of her life.
The alum shared a video compiling together a series of selfies set to music on TikTok and discussed in a lengthy caption how she’s been going through “lessons” she’ll carry with her for the rest of her life.

The star began: “The past few weeks have been some of the toughest I’ve faced in a long time, but they’ve taught me lessons I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.
“One of the biggest lessons is that difficult times reveal who is truly in your corner. When everything feels like it’s falling apart, you quickly learn who genuinely cares, who checks in without being asked, who stands by you when there’s nothing to gain, and who was only ever around when life was easy. As painful as that realisation can be, it’s also incredibly valuable.”
The caption continued: “I’ve also learned that suffering in silence only makes the weight heavier. For so long I thought I had to deal with everything on my own, but opening up isn’t weakness—it’s strength.
“Sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one person listening, or someone reminding you that you’re not carrying it all alone.
“What’s surprised me most is that the people who have shown up for me haven’t always been the ones I expected.
