She treated herself to a fancy new outfit and replenished her wardrobe after receiving her payment.
Now, sharing on social media, the mother has once again left people speechless.
In a brief video posted online, the self-proclaimed “shopping addict” stated: “Come and do a random top-up shop with my Healthy Start card.”
A Healthy Start card is a prepaid card designed for eligible low-income pregnant women and families with young children to purchase healthy food.
The card is replenished every four weeks and can be used at most supermarkets and food retailers across the UK.
You can utilize an NHS Healthy Start card at various stores that sell qualifying items and display the logo, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies.
The card is intended for specific purchases, such as milk, infant formula, fruits, vegetables, and pulses.
As Rachael showcased her NHS Healthy Start card and flaunted her stylish manicure, the young mother clarified: “In my last Healthy Start video, people had an issue with me treating myself – so, yes, I got this this time.
“Some individuals believe that since I have the Healthy Start card, I’m not permitted to indulge, but that’s not true.”
In addition to treating herself, Rachael, who receives Universal Credit and aims to gain 10,000 followers on social media, also did a significant grocery shop for her family.
She continued: “I bought some groceries, this pencil case for my daughter, a two-pack of wings for tonight’s dinner, and I also got this [Bluey scooter] for my son – he is obsessed with it.”
Additionally, Rachael purchased two packs of diapers, milk, onions, brioche buns, burgers, sausages, hot dog rolls, and Greek yogurt.

But that’s not all; Rachael also stocked up on wafer cones, ice cream, tangerines, bananas, and some sweets for herself.
As she displayed her substantial Aldi haul, she noted: “And the total was £63.”
How to Claim Child Benefit
Child benefit is worth up to £1,331 a year for your first or only child and up to £881 a year for additional children.
This equates to £102.40 every four weeks or £25.60 a week for your first child and £67.80 every four weeks or £16.95 a week for siblings.
There is no limit on the number of children for whom claims can be made.
Applying is simple and can be completed in minutes at gov.uk or through the HMRC app.
Parents with a newborn should submit a claim online as soon as possible and may receive their first payment in as little as three days.
Claims can also be backdated for up to three months.
Parents can submit a claim and still receive National Insurance credits if one parent is not working, even if they opt out of receiving Child Benefit payments.
National Insurance credits contribute to your entitlement to the state pension.
