A woman has revealed how she transformed her “saggy” skin using a £6 secret age-reversing tool and “Mounjaro in a bottle” concoction.

Kajsa Ziebel, 36, from had become “consumed” by the sight of her wrinkles and was desperate to find a natural solution that didn’t mean forking out hundreds for filler or .

She also didn’t want to fall victim to “marshmallow face” associated with having filler, and was inspired by the women she knew in their 40s and 50s who had undergone major glow-ups naturally.

Eventually, after hours of scrolling on social media, she came across a facial tool that many were claiming could completely transform sagging skin from the comfort of your own home.

Since it only cost £6, she decided to give it a go, and was amazed by the improvement in her complexion.

“I receive comments all the time about how healthy my looks,” the content creator said.

“People will say I look so different or question what cosmetic surgery I’ve had done.”

Not only that, but Kasja has also received comments from people asking if she’s lost weight as her face now looks noticeably slimmer after using the at-home treatment.

“Seeing the results made me feel a thousand times more confident in myself,” she said.

The tool in question is a Gua Sha, a curved, heart-shaped facial sculpter.

Instead of forking out hundreds each month for Botox, Kajsa now uses the Gua Sha daily to achieve her “glass skin” finish.

“Using a Gua Sha every night or morning will help to drain fluid from the face and snatch it significantly,” she said.

How to look amazing in your 50s

A GP has revealed the best anti-ageing skincare routine to help you look younger in your fifties.

Dr Ginni Mansberg, from in , said that your skin will become more sensitive in the decade after you turn 50 – so you’ll have to “up your skincare game”.

She told the Express : “At this age, most women go through, or have just hit .

“What comes with this hormone change is sensitivity.

“Plus rosacea often makes an unwelcome appearance at this time causing flushing, redness, dilated blood vessels, and burning/ stinging.”

Ginni cited a Dutch study which found that nearly one in three who had started or been through the menopause suffered dry, itchy or red skin triggered by “shaving, weather, toiletries and emotions”.

The added that strong skincare products can actually worsen sensitive skin.

She said: “You might need to cut back on using Vitamin C and Alpha Hydroxy Acids for a bit until your skin settles down.”

Prescription Vitamin A, known as Tretinol, can also irritate sensitive rosacea skin – so it best to go for Retinal, a gentler type of Vitamin A.

Ginni recommended microneedles, which stimulate the growth of collagen, elastin and new skin cells.

Microneedles, which are often less than one millimetre long, work by puncturing the outer surface of your skin – causing tiny injuries which send your skin’s internal upkeep systems into overdrive.

She said: “Everything you’ve been doing up until now needs to continue but you might want to turbocharge your skincare by adding some microneedles.

“New technology has allowed us to make microneedles out of hyaluronic acid which is hard enough to penetrate the skin, but then dissolve in the outer layer of the skin.

Hyaluronic acid has properties of its own, and allows a controlled release of active ingredients into worn-out skin.

However, it isn’t just a quick fix. “Results take time, so it’s important to be patient, too,” she pointed out.

“With the Gua Sha, it’s vital to educate yourself about proper technique, pressure and the lymphatic system rather than simply applying excessive pressure to the face.”

In addition to using the budget trick, Kajsa also has some more expensive beauty treatments, including an to fade hyperpigmentation.

This – which can range in cost from £20 to £1,440 – targets brightness, and contributes to her youthful appearance.

After two months of use, the influencer claims her hyperpigmentation has nearly completely disappeared.

Now, she uses the device three times a week for ten minutes.

“I absolutely had concerns before using it, as I was skeptical whether it would make any noticeable difference.

“But after using it consistently, there was dramatic improvement,” she said.

Additionally, she drinks organic ginger, turmeric and celery powder mixed into water, a concoction she calls “in a glass”.

For even better results, she recommends getting a facial every four to six weeks.

But for those who can’t afford the treatment, she suggested using bottled water and paper towels to wash and dry the face works magic.

“I’ve found that the water I use on my face makes a significant difference in how my skin looks and feels,” she said.

“Since making that change, I rarely experience breakouts and my skin feels much smoother.

“I don’t think we always consider how the quality of water affects the skin. I even use purified water in the shower now.”

Kajsa believes these simple beauty tricks are the secret to maintaining an ageless look without splashing the cash.

“By following these steps properly and consistently, I’ve noticed improvements in some of my own problem areas, including the appearance of sagging skin and jowls.

“I also don’t think people should feel as though Botox or are their only options, especially if those treatments aren’t something they’re comfortable with or able to afford.

“There are plenty of ways to take care of your skin and enhance your appearance without cosmetic injections.

“For someone who does choose Botox or fillers, I believe a consistent skincare and self-care routine can still complement professional treatments.

“Ultimately, it’s about finding an approach that works for you and makes you feel your best.”
