NFL player Matt Kalil’s model ex-wife has cited “free speech” as she is sued for viral comments about the size of his manhood.

The model made the shocking comments on a livestream in 2025, when she claimed the size of the penis caused their divorce.
Furious football star Kalil then ” – and now Baylee is claiming freedom of speech as a defence in the suit.
Baylee thinks a judge will grant her motion to dismiss the case that accuses her of revealing intimate details about their marriage, her lawyer told TMZ Sports .
Lawyer Matthew Bialick added that “Minnesota has a longstanding commitment to free speech, which is important now more than ever”.
He said that suing Baylee “for sharing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma” would undermine her rights to freedom of speech.
Kalil’s legal team hit back, claiming his ex-wife had missed the point of his suit against her.
His lawyer Ryan Saba said the motion doesn’t change “the fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil”.
He added that the discussion of the NFL star’s manhood “resulted in widespread ridicule and unwanted attention”.
On the livestream where Baylee revealed the unmanageable size of her husband’s penis, the model claimed the couple tried everything, with a “therapist and doctors” – but nothing could save the marriage.
She said: “For our whole marriage, deada**. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors.
“Not even lying, [we] looked up lipo-type s***.
“That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself.
“That was the biggest factor… Love him, but he’s my homie… No, because he’s like .01 per cent of the population.
“We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears type s***.”
Since his 2022 divorce with Baylee, Kalil married model as they tied the knot in 2024.
The sportsman claimed his new wife has been the recipient of many messages on social media about his penis.
He is suing his ex-wife for an invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment and has requested a jury trial.
If he is successful, damages could exceed $75,000.
