MATERCHEF fans have been left completely baffled as Gregg Wallace mysteriously disappears from the hit BBC show with no explanation.
The former star, 60, was formally sacked by the BBC after a nine-month into claims of misconduct.

And during an episode this week, after weeks of editing blunders, as the show nears the finale, Gregg was nowhere to be seen.
hosted the show solo, leaving fans completely stunned and questioning where Gregg had gone.
They didn’t explain on screen where Gregg was, but it was just John and these are the first episodes that were filmed since Gregg accusations came out.
“Is Gregg not on this tonight because it was filmed after his little ‘episode’?” asked one person on X.
“Wheres Gregg?” asked another.
“So was this filmed when Greg got the boot?” speculated a third.
A fourth said: “So has greg been totally removed now we’re at final week !??“
“WHERES OUR GREG !?!?!?” fumed a fifth.
Meanwhile, on , one person shared in a dedicated forum: “Finals week has dropped on iPlayer and it’s the first episodes filmed after stepped away and i have to say i haven’t missed him.
“But it’s also made me realise I am going to miss John being on there.”
Someone then replied: “Speak for yourself. Yes its an unpopular opinion, I don’t want to talk about what he did, obviously its wrong.
“But he was an integral part of the show.
“I simply cannot see Anna Haugh+Grace Dent being anywhere close to Torode+Gregg.”
The TV host claims he was cleared of all the serious allegations in the probe, including accusations of groping .

The BBC later claimed 50 more people had approached the broadcaster with fresh claims about the MasterChef star, including allegations of sexual misconduct. Wallace denies the claims.
When sacked from the BBC, the corporation cited “learned behaviour” as the reason for his axing.
The report concluded that Gregg , who was diagnosed as autistic midway through the investigation into complaints against him, is unable to change his ways.
The findings, seen by the presenter, also reference reputational damage to the corporation in light of comments he has made about them since he was taken off air.
GREGG’S STATEMENT
When Gregg’s sacking from the BBC was revealed back in July, he released a statement online.
He wrote: “After 21 years of loyal service to the BBC, I cannot sit in silence while my reputation is further damaged to protect others.
“I have now been cleared by the Silkins report of the most serious and sensational accusations made against me.
“I recognise that some of my humour and language, at times, was inappropriate.
“For that, I apologise without reservation.”
He claims that the stress led to him being taken to hospital with a suspected heart attack after two days of agonising chest pains.
