DORKING WANDERERES boss Marc White called his players a “bunch of c***s” during a ferocious half-time team talk.
The National League South side is having its season documented via the popular Bunch of Amateurs YouTube series.
A clip from the show of losing his rag has gone viral this week.
The video begins with Dorking going in at half time trailing 2-1.
White, 53, said: “What’s f***ing wrong with you lot? Pinch, Josh, what’s f***ing wrong with you? Why the f***ing…”
At this point, some players flinched as their manager flipped a table – sending its contents flying.
White continued his X-rated rant: “Why the f*** do you f***ing play on this s*** pitch? F*** it off! F*** it off!”
“You’re coming off. F***ing terrible. You’re near it. F***ing liven up. F***ing s***. It’s embarrassing for me!
“Don’t play on this s*** pitch in a full press! S***! F***ing s***! You f***ing sort this out you bunch of c***s. You lot should be going mental at your team-mates.
“I’ve told you. F***ing s*** goals. I am f***ing appalled. You’ll want to hope this scoreline doesn’t stay the same.
“I’m f***ing telling you. You f***ing sort this out you c***s. You f***ing better get better as a team at not making the same s*** mistakes. S*** mistakes!
“You better show some b******s now. You show some f***ing b******s. Get out, just f***ing get out! F***ing sitting in here. F***ing get out!”
As White left the room, defender Louie Annesley attempted to rally his team-mates.
The international, 26, pointed to Dorking’s “box entries” and pleaded with his team-mates to “keep their heads”.
At this point, White stormed back in, adding: “I’m gonna have a f*** punch up! Who’s told you to stay in here? Get out!”
White then flipped the table again, booting it as he continued: “F*** get out. Now! F***ing get out! F***ing disgrace!”
The Dorking boss’ rant prompted plenty of chatter among fans online.
A Man Utd fan joked: “I’ll happily take Marc white as the next manager. Just hope someone will be able to pay the per game fine since he doesn’t have a single coaching badge”.
And a second quipped: “S***, all that coaching experience had, when he couldve just shouted “you bunch of c***s!” the whole time”.
A third wrote: “Think we’ve found Carrick’s replacement. Next Man Utd manager sorted”.
And another added: “I’ve seen enough… Bring him in at Man United!!!”
White is founder, chairman, manager and a former player for Dorking.
His side are ninth in the seventh tier with five wins and six draws from their opening 13 matches this term.
Dorking finished fourth last season before losing to Torquay in the play-off semi-finals.
