A MAJOR motorway has ground to a halt after a crash between three lorries.
The M6 southbound has closed three lanes out of four near Birmingham after the collision and drivers are told to expect 50 minute delays.
The closure is between junction seven for Great Barr and junction six for the A38M.
Emergency services and the National Highways scrambled to the scene.
Normal traffic conditions are expected to resume at around 4pm today.
