A WOMAN who’s lost one and a half stone in just five weeks has shared the delicious lunch she’s been having every day.

Sophie has managed to shed the staggering amount of in just over a month, and has been coming up with some yummy to keep her satisfied at meal times.

One thing she’s been having daily is a chicken , which she’s been serving inside a wrap.

She took to TikTok to share a video of herself prepping the mix, beginning by adding some diced chicken into a frying pan.

She sprinkled over some seasoning, before adding red and yellow peppers, chopped red onion and courgette.

Once it was cooked, Sophie added some mixed beans, followed by two tablespoons of a sour cream and chive dip.

She then got her wrap, and squirted on some Nando’s Perinaise before adding the mixture.

She topped it with some grated cheese, wrapped it up and popped it in the air fryer.

She added hashtags “#highprotein #mealprep #healthy #wraps”.

“The wraps I have been living off to in five weeks,” Sophie wrote over the top of the video.

“Looks gorgeous!!. How long do you keep the mixture for to re use?” one person asked.

With Sophie replying: “It does me about 4/5 days.”

“What’s the seasoning please?” another questioned.

As Sophie said that “you can use any”.

“This one was salt and pepper seasoning – but BBQ is really nice as well.”

A third asked if Sophie has been using any Mounjaro or weight loss injections to shed the pounds, to which she replied that she’s just “changed what I’m eating and exercising”.
