has banked the fortune from hosting The Rest Is Football pod and producing 13 other shows, including The Rest Is History and The Rest Is Politics.

That is the equivalent of £300,000 a week.
His makes millions from over 250,000 paying subscribers, as well as sponsorship, advertising, merchandising and live shows.
The average subscriber forks out £60 a year.
Most recent accounts for the famous TV host’s Goalhanger Podcasts company, saw assets jump to £10million, including £5million cash in the bank.
However, that is the tip of the iceberg.
Lineker’s company recently signed a staggering £14million deal with to cover the 2026 .
The England legend, 65, will host The Rest Is Football pod this summer in New York while covering the tournament.
The show will see Lineker accompanied by fellow hosts and a range of guests, with some of the biggest names in football having been lined up to appear.
Last year Goalhanger partnered with DAZN to show action from the Club World Cup, and also has a three-year deal with Spain’s La Liga, with rights to weekly clips.
It has also banked millions in investment from a private equity company, with plans to move into the US, as well as launch new formats.
