Former England striker, Gary Lineker, is backing Arsenal to stumble their way to the Premier League title.

Lineker was sharing his thoughts on The Rest Is Football podcast, following the Gunners’ 2-2 draw with Wolves on Wednesday night.

Mikel Arteta’s men seemed to be on their way to three points after taking a two-goal advantage at the Molineux stadium.

But they gave up two goals late in the match, losing points again in the title race.

Lineker said, “I think they will still go on to win the title, but this might be a bit of a push they need to fix.

“(Manchester) City are now just five points behind Arsenal and they have a game in hand.”

This weekend, City host Newcastle United, before Arsenal will visit Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
