DAVID BECKHAM has paid a subtle tribute to Brooklyn after it was revealed his son had covered up a tattoo of his name amid the bitter family feud.
The aspiring chef, 26, shared a last month in which he took aim at his parents and admitted he had no plans to reconcile with them.

On Friday, David shared a tribute to his eldest child as he sorted through his massive collection of football boots.
He took to his stories to share a sneak peek into his collection and eagle-eyed fans couldn’t help but notice an ode to Brooklyn.
On one of the pair of boots, David had embroidered his children’s names, with Brooklyn’s name visible, along with his siblings, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
It comes after Brooklyn dealt another blow to his father by paying tribute to him.
He has hidden the word “Dad” on his anchor tattoo with three nondescript shapes.
A source told The Sun: “Brooklyn’s had laser treatment on the writing. He wanted it gone.
“There is so much hurt and pain on his side, it would not be genuine to keep such a tribute on his body.”
The cover-up on Brooklyn’s right arm was spotted while he was out in with his actress wife, .
He has also had a tattoo on his chest dedicated to mum Victoria covered up as well as well as drawing a thick line through his brother’s names on his fingers.
After months of reports on the bitter family feud, Brooklyn shared a bombshell statement last month.
He expressed: “I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private.
“Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.
“I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.
“For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family.
“The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into.”
“Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they’ll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out.”
He then accused his parents of trying to ruin his relationship with wife Nicola as well as taking particular aim at his star mum.
Brooklyn claimed Victoria cancelled making Nicola’s wedding dress in the “eleventh hour” and she “hijacked” his first dance with his wife and danced “inappropriately” on him.

The loved-up pair have had “several conversations” about the prospect of raising a child that is not biologically theirs.
A friend added: “This is a subject Nicola and Brooklyn firmly align on.
“They both want a brood of children, and for at least one to be adopted.
“They both know they come from a place of unimagined privilege and therefore strongly want to give back by offering a disadvantaged baby or child the best possible life.”
