Conte set for shock Napoli exit after winning Serie A title

Published on May 25, 2025 at 08:53 PM

Napoli manager, Antonio Conte, is set for a shock exit from the Serie A club after leading them to their fourth title, according to Sky Italia.

A 2-0 home win over Cagliari saw his team clinch the Scudetto ahead of Iner Milan.

The Parentopei have planned an open-top bus parade across Naples on Monday.

However, the side could be headed towards some disappointing news.

Napoli squad and staff are set to meet Pope Leo XIV on Tuesday, and Conte will then sit down with President Aurelio De Laurentiis and the club board for crunch talks on his future.

It is believed that the Italian coach will not continue with Napoli.

The club have already lined up ex-Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri as replacement if Conte indeed walks.

The new manager will take charge of a team looking to defend their Serie A title and challenge in the Champions League.
