ALISON Hammond has expressed her affection for her boyfriend David Putman, praising him for having the most “beautiful energy.”
The This Morning star, 50, has been in a relationship with 28-year-old Russian masseusesince 2023 – although she prefers to keep her romance quite private.

In a recent interview, she touched on her relationship with David, showering him with compliments.
Discussing her romance, Alison stated: “Things are going really, really well.”
“He possesses the most beautiful energy, and everyone feels it when they are around him. It’s quite rare.”
“I feel so thankful that he chooses to share his life with me.”
Alison mentioned that she will be celebrating Christmas with her boyfriend and her son, Aiden, 20, and they have decided to have a more low-key celebration this year.
Rather than cooking all day at home, Alison revealed that the three of them will be enjoying Christmas at a restaurant.
The Great British Bake Off host shared with the Mirror that it’s “a wonderful feeling to be in love.”
She added: “It makes you more patient and kinder because you always have someone you want to care for, and they care for you in return.”
Alison noted that there are currently no wedding plans, as they do not “feel the need” to take that step just yet.
She explained that they are content living together and that she doesn’t require a ring to validate their love.
She remarked: “What I will say is, if he asked me to marry him tomorrow, it wouldn’t be a ‘no’.”
In August, Alison was asked if she receives massages from her masseur partner, to which she jokingly replied: “It was better when I used to pay for them.”
The beloved TV personality continued to tell the Guardian: “I don’t get anything now. He massages everyone else but me!”
This comes after Alison shared insights into her relationship earlier this year, discussing marriage.
When with David, she playfully remarked: “I wouldn’t say no. I might marry myself…”
Alison also disclosed how supportive her partner is regarding her busy television career.
Speaking to heat , she continued: “He loves it. He simply supports me.”
“Anyone I bring into my life supports me and my endeavors. They are genuinely happy for me.”
“I prefer not to delve into details about him, as it’s my private life, and I want to respect his privacy as well. But yes, I’m in love, and everyone can see that!”
She addressed the age difference between her and David, asserting that she doesn’t perceive it as an issue.
She told Good Housekeeping : “I can understand how people might notice the age gap on paper.”
“Yes, I’m 22 years older than he is, but if you see us together, you’d understand. People have told me, ‘We get it now.’”
In the same interview with The Guardian, Alison mentioned that she is “good at saying no” and will decline offers if she needs rest or if they do not appeal to her.
She added: “It may seem like I’m on TV frequently, but I stand out partly because it’s still uncommon to see a Black woman in this role.”
“I don’t want to bring race into it, but no one comments on Davina or others. I’ve worked hard for 22 years to reach this point.”
“That woman on TikTok is entitled to her opinion. It helps keep me grounded.”
