A member of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Mohammed Adamu Omadefu, has secured the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket to contest for a third term as representative of Keana Constituency in the 2027 general elections.
Omadefu, widely known by his supporters as “Quality,” emerged victorious in the party’s primary election after polling 7,878 votes.
The primary election, held on Thursday, saw him defeat four other aspirants, including notable contenders Ismaila Ogabo and Isa Abdullahi Igbo.
With the victory, Omadefu has strengthened his bid to retain his seat in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly under the platform of the APC.
