COPS have released surveillance footage of a man they are seeking in connection with an alleged rape.
An investigation was initiated after a woman in her 20s was reportedly assaulted in broad daylight in Easton, Bristol.
Avon and Somerset Police stated that the victim was raped on Fox Road between 6am and 7am on July 6.
DC Isabel Sayer remarked: “This is a horrific incident that has caused significant distress to the victim.
“This will understandably raise concerns, and we want to reassure the community that we have not received any similar reports involving other victims since then.
“Nevertheless, one incident is one too many, and a comprehensive investigation is underway.
“The CCTV inquiries we have conducted have led us to seek the identification of the man depicted in the footage.
“We are always mindful of the impact that publicity regarding such offenses can have on victims.
“However, we have not been able to identify this man ourselves, and therefore we are now appealing for the public’s assistance…
