AN 18-year-old woman has died after being hit by an allegedly stolen digger in a park, as cops arrest two teens.
Emergency services scrambled to Chalkwell Park in Southend at around 12.30am last Saturday (June 13).

It followed reports that a group of people had stolen a small “articulated loading vehicle” and were driving it on the park.
A woman was critically injured in an incident and was rushed to hospital for treatment.
But officers have now confirmed the 18-year-old woman has sadly died from her injuries.
Officers are continuing to support her devastated family as investigations into the circumstances of the tragedy continue.
An 18-year-old man from Westcliff and a 17-year-old boy, who were arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, remain on bail until September.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We know there were a large number of young people in the area at the time, and we believe some may have witnessed what happened.
“We need anyone who has information and who we’ve not already spoken with to come forward.”
