An insider revealed: “There was a lot of excitement when Sarah left the soap, and she emphasized why being on OnlyFans was important to her.
“It may seem like everything is going smoothly, but it's a real challenge and can be quite isolating. She is aware that people judge her at the school gates, and a quick look online shows the disgust some have regarding her choices.”
Sarah, 44, has earned significant income since she joined OnlyFans in 2021.

She made an impressive £121,000 within just 48 hours after her OnlyFans subscriptions doubled overnight when she announced her new career.
Fans pay just over £11 per month to view Sarah's revealing content, and her posts have received over 455,000 likes since she joined the platform four years ago. Her subscription numbers are no longer visible to fans.
However, as time has passed, Sarah has faced inappropriate, vulgar, and unsettling comments from her eager subscribers, who frequently urge her to show more skin.
In the past two weeks alone, her OnlyFans posts have been inundated with explicit comments, increasing pressure for more provocative content – raising concerns about Sarah's future on the platform.
Our insider elaborated: “The number of subscribers has naturally declined, so Sarah has been working diligently to create more and more provocative content. It can become quite consuming once you start, and those who care about her are worried about how far it will lead.
“Her son is growing up now, and it must be challenging for him to see her pictures and the headlines.”
Sarah has a nine-year-old son, Stanley, with her personal trainer husband, Jonathan Smith.
While she has previously shared a photo of Stan taking over her £20k pole-dancing space in the garden to play video games, the former Hollyoaks star tries to be cautious around her son regarding her work – as he is becoming “really curious.”
She mentioned last month: “He’s reaching that age where he’s very curious about everything.
“I was in the bedroom the other morning doing my makeup when he walked in and asked, ‘Mum, what is p***y?’ I was panicking, thinking, ‘Oh my God, what has he seen?’ I have a book next to my makeup mirror titled P***y.”
