Kevin Levins, 71, passed away alongside Joanna Hills, 36, on October 1.

Joanna’s family expressed: “We will miss him profoundly, but he will always remain with us — in our hearts, our memories, and in the countless lives he influenced.”

“Joanna was a dearly loved daughter, granddaughter, mother, partner, sister, and friend.

“She possessed a kind and generous spirit, always willing to help others, no matter the circumstances.

“Her absence will be deeply felt and she cannot be replaced.

“We kindly request that Joanna’s family and friends be given the space to grieve and process during this challenging time.”

Essex Police stated: “We continue to urge anyone with information about this collision to come forward.

“Detectives are specifically appealing to the occupants of a blue Mini, featuring a white/light-colored roof and white wing mirrors, to step forward.

“It is believed this vehicle was in the vicinity at the time of the collision, and its occupants may possess crucial information that could assist us.”
