But while Natalia Aranda is glad she lost more than half of her , there are several things she misses about being .


Natalia, from , decided it was time to overhaul her life after topping the scales at 21 stone – and has since managed to drop over 10 stone thanks to , keeping active and .
While her brother grew up ””, Natalia said she was always ”fat” – and the brother and sister duo even joined a gym together to ”lock in”.
The content creator regularly shares her weight loss updates on – including a more recent clip where she listed the seven things she doesn’t like following the makeover.
As well as not being able to tuck her phone between her thighs and stomach when , Natalia now also has to wear a jacket whenever she pops outside.
”I was always warm cause I had hella fat on my body,” she said in the now-viral video .
Shedding the huge amount of weight also meant that Natalia, inevitably, lost her and backside – something she misses dearly.
According to the 28-year-old, who now trains five times a week, she also no longer receives the attention she once did when .
”Bodybuilders and gym bros seemed to be in love with me – they don’t love me no more.”
The drastic overhaul and getting a gastric sleeve also meant Natalia now had to be more mindful of the she was consuming – and more importantly, the amount.
But while is one of the key ingredients behind her success, Natalia admitted to missing ”not knowing what a calorie was”.
She explained: ”When I saw something was , I didn’t know what the hell that meant – so I didn’t care.”
The jaw-dropping transformation also means that Natalia’s days-out with her pals have changed – and she has to sit together with her mates.
”When I would go to places with my friends, I was always sitting shot gun [ride in the front passenger seat] because I was the biggest one.
”Now, I’ve got to squeeze my little a** in the back with my other friends,” she said in the clip.

”Strangers didn’t talk to be when I was bigger in public. Now, everyone’s trying to strike up a conversation with me.
”But I’m a little introverted, so I don’t like it that much.
”Of course, I am glad that I lost weight – I don’t have diabetes right now and I don’t have sleep apnea anymore.
”But some things I do miss, I’m not going to lie to y’all about it.”
