A WOMAN has left people open-mouthed after she revealed how she dropped several dress sizes without a fat jab in sight.
TikToker Nat, 55, went from size 22 to size 12 after shedding an impressive five stone – but the epic transformation hasn’t changed just her appearance.

While her confidence has been boosted and she now loves life, it wasn’t always like this.
Prior to the jaw-dropping weight loss , Nat was struggling with menopause and her weight ”for years”, describing herself as ”overweight”.
The mum-of-one ”started by walking for charity” during lockdown, before completing Couch to 5k programme – a guide to get you running 5k in nine weeks.
Sadly, Nat then lost her dear dad to ” prostate cancer through Covid” – and while she is ”still angry about this”, Nat promised him she’d look after everyone, including herself.
Soon, weekends became ”for walking” and after also getting her menopause under control, Nat noticed how she ”started to feel better” and her ”confidence grew”.
The mum recently shared the recipe behind her success in a TikTok video where she wrote: ”I didn’t follow a diet , I learned about nutrition and menopause, protein and fibre, and how to cook healthy meals .
”I started with Joe Wicks recipes.
”I just didn’t eat well or really cook, it was about convenience meals and comfort eating , processed meals and sugary snacks .
”I can really tell if I eat too much junk now, my body doesn’t like it.”
She went on in the comments: ”Self care was a big thing and how to manage the negative view I had of myself.
”I tried lots of things to find what worked for me, the biggest thing was actually starting.”
Sharing the jaw-dropping makeover on her page , the mum added: ”My 50’s are proving to be my best era.
”From size 22 and feeling stuck to size 12 and unstoppable at 55.
How to blast belly fat WITHOUT going to the gym or dieting
Chew your food
This mindfulness trick is used to focus your brain on the food you are eating – how it tastes and feels – rather than scoffing it in a hurry. If the brain does not register that you have eaten, you’ll soon crave more food.
Avocado a day
Eating avocado every day can fight visceral fat in women, which collects around the organs in the stomach and can lead to diabetes, heart attack, and some cancers, according to a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign study of 105 people.
Avoid fizzy drinks
Losing belly “fat” may just be a case of preventing bloating , which can be onset by fizzy soft drinks. Instead, keep hydrated with water.
Reduce alcohol
Alcohol does no favours at all for our health or figures . It is ’empty calories’, meaning it contributes to your calorie intake without giving any nutritional benefit.
Hangovers can also lead you to eat more fatty foods, while putting you off exercising.
Sleep more
Various studies have shown that if you’re not sleeping well, it can cause weight gain .
People are more likely to crave junk food when they are sleep deprived because, not only are they in need of an energy boost, but their appetite hormones are all over the place.
Reduce stress
Stress causes an imbalance of hormones, particularly cortisol. This hormone has been linked with obesity and excess belly fat.
Find ways to reduce your stress to avoid the so-called ‘stress belly’.
”Proof that it’s never too late to become your own before and after.”
The incredible transformation, posted earlier this summer, has since taken the platform by storm, winning Nat close to a staggering 180k views.
As over 5,000 people gave it a like, hundreds flooded to comments in total disbelief.
One gobsmacked TikToker said: ”In the nicest possible way I refuse to believe that’s the same person.”
Another was just as stunned, writing: ”You look like a literal movie star. Oh my goodness. This is the DEFINITION of a glow up.”
A third chimed in: ”Wow, you look incredible! I don’t know you, but I just wanted to say how happy I am for you.
”You’re not just surviving – you’re thriving. It’s inspiring to see someone shine like this at 55, looking amazing and full of life.
”Huge respect for the effort and the transformation. You’re real motivation. Wishing you nothing but the best – keep going.”
