And, while the Islanders were thrilled to see the boys, international fans took to social media afterwards to reveal their shock at Blue being an actual group after their cameo appearance in 2003 Christmas movie .
In the festive flick, the Blue boys are seen battling it out with Bill Nighy’s character Billy Mack for Christmas number one.
And US fans were convinced the group were made up for the film.
One wrote: “I love that movie but I assumed it was some put together group for the plot.”

Blue recently released their seventh studio album – 25 years after their debut.
New album Reflections, released on January 9, and lead single One Last Time, which came out in September, shows a more grown-up side to the group, who are fans of bands including The Killers and .
Last year Duncan told The Sun: “I think all of us collectively have always loved that rock sound.
“But when you’re put into a boy band, you’re given a kind of direction to go down.”
Lee added: “We were all in synchronicity of the sound that we wanted to achieve and the songs came later.”
