RUSSIAN despot Vladimir Putin is ramping up his blistering threats towards the West – but should Brits be worried?

UK-linked military sites are on the Kremlin’s radar for potential strikes due to our expanded weapons support of Ukraine.

Moscow issued its sharpest warning to date this month, with Foreign Ministry stating London is “one step away” from becoming legally complicit in terrorism against the Russian people.

It comes as PM Andy Burnham reaffirmed the UK’s “unwavering” commitment to supporting Ukraine’s defence, with the MoD stating the country stands “shoulder to shoulder” with Kyiv.

Security analysts say a conventional military attack on British shores is unlikely, Russia has already been conducting a campaign of sabotage, cyberattacks and disinformation.

Incidents include a 2024 arson attack on UK warehouses containing Ukraine aid and recent drone swarms spotted over multiple RAF bases.

Expert Mark Galeotti such action “would cause instant massive disruption and chaos”.
