UEFA already have secret plans to rival Fifa with their OWN version of the World Cup amid Gianni Infantino’s outlandish plot to sell stakes of the esteemed competition to private investors.
Potential bidders have reportedly that would also see each of Fifa’s 211 member associations handed a £15million share of the company that they could choose to sell themselves.

The shameless initiative would involve forming a company to control the World Cup as well as and potentially earn Infantino, 56, tens of millions.
European chiefs have lambasted the Swiss executive’s idea with a saying the plan “crosses a line” and football is “not Fifa’s to sell”.
And all of Uefa’s 55 members, including England, have met online and unanimously agreed to unless Infantino scraps the whole thing.
According to Sky Sports , the body is also already able to launch its own World Cup that can oppose Infantino’s vision.

The plans were conceived initially to stage the finals in odd-numbered years when there is no men’s Euros or competitions.
They were created in 2017 – just a year after Infantino left his post as Uefa’s General Secretary and was elected Fifa president – but never materialised.
The concept included seven finals competitions, each featuring eight teams in different tiers graded by ranks.
At the same time there would be mini-World Cups staged in different countries, each commencing in the quarter-finals.
The format, which is what was eventually introduced by Uefa in 2018 with four-team European finals, would have been used as the qualifying stages in Europe.
Each of the main Global Nations Leagues would include three teams from Europe, two from South America and one each from Africa, Asia and North America.
Oceania, which is the weakest confederation, was only envisaged to have a team in the fourth-ranked finals.
The plans never advanced because Infantino pushed ahead with the newly-expanded Club World Cup.
But current affairs could force Uefa to reconsider these plans.
The Fifa president has set a deadline until September 19 for countries to accept his proposals, which have also been .
Infantino wants to sell off shares related to Fifa’s commercial and event operations, with the estimation being it could raise £7.52billion.
Fifa member associations will benefit from that and, if they accept the proposed plans, bank £30m.
A chunk of that cash would come in the shape of a £15m lump sum, which would be made available to all 211 members
Countries would then get access to a further £15m over the next three years from 2027 to 2030 via funding.
