The build-up to the relatively short-notice fight had been cordial up until their final face-off on Thursday.

The pair went eye-to-eye after successfully weighing in for the contest and proceeded to push one another with their foreheads.

And Hanjalic, who tipped the scales at 210.1lbs, upped the ante by shoving , who weighed in at 207.46lbs, with both his hands.

Fury, the younger brother of former heavyweight champion , didn’t react to the provocation.

He instead calmly told the Bosnian bruiser: “We’ll see tomorrow night.”;

Footage of the face off went viral, with one fight fan commenting: “A couple of novices trying to make things look interesting. I’ll give it a miss.”;

Another said: “All for a 6 rounder...”;

And another said: “Battle of the foreheads.”;

One remarked: “What’s going on?”;

Fury has got himself in a career-best shape for his ring return, which he reflected on in an Instagram post.

He wrote: “26 years young today.

“In the thick of a training camp but feeling the best I’ve felt in a long time.”;

Fury hasn’t fought since his decision win over KSI in Manchester back in October 2023.

He was supposed to return to the ring on January 18 against former UFC welterweight title challenger Darren Till.

But he pulled out of the fight 19 days after it was announced due to fears over his safety, which stemmed from MMA star Till jokingly claiming he’d “kick”; him in the head.
