FORMER PREMIER LEAGUE ace Tom Davies is set to be without a club this summer after Sheffield United confirmed his departure.
The 27-year-old midfielder will leave Bramall Lane when his contract expires at the end of the 2025/26 season.

Davies has spent three years with the Blades after joining following their promotion to the top flight in 2023.
He was brought in by then-boss as United prepared for life back in the Premier League.
But his time in South Yorkshire is now coming to an end, with the club opting not to extend his stay.
A Sheffield United statement read: “Tom Davies will be leaving the club at the end of the 2025/26 season having spent three seasons with the club.”
Davies, now 27, has been a well-liked figure behind the scenes during his stint at Bramall Lane.
The Liverpudlian grew up supporting and joined their academy at age 11, going on to make over 150 Premier League appearances for the club.
He then joined the Blades in 2023 making nine appearances in the Premier League, before being relegated to the .
As well as his contributions on the pitch, he has also played a key role away from .
The midfielder has been heavily involved in the club’s Community Foundation work, particularly around mental health awareness.
United were quick to recognise his efforts off the field as well as on it.
Boss and club officials thanked Davies for his service during his time at the club.
They also wished him the best as he prepares for the next chapter of his career.
currently sit 17th in the , nearing the end of an underwhelming season for the Blades.
Davies, who made his name in the Premier League, will now be searching for a new club ahead of next season.
His next move remains unclear, with interest expected from across the Football League.
