Lawyer and human rights advocate, Maxwell Opara, has stated that President Bola Tinubu’s pardon list is surrounded by secrecy.
Opara made this remark on Friday during an interview on Arise Television, which was monitored by DAILY POST. He emphasized that the public deserves transparency regarding such matters.
