President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to undertake a three-state visit this weekend, traveling from Abuja to Borno, Bauchi, and Lagos States.

This information was shared in a statement released on Friday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

In Borno, the President is scheduled to inaugurate several federal and state projects alongside Governor Babagana Zulum.

Additionally, he will attend the wedding of Sadeeq Sheriff, the son of former Borno Governor Senator Ali Modu Sheriff, to Hadiza Kam Salem.

After his time in Maiduguri, President Tinubu will travel to Bauchi to express condolences to the family of Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi, the late esteemed Muslim cleric and leader of the Tijjaniyya Muslim Brotherhood, who passed away on November 27.

Following his visit to Bauchi, the President will make his way to Lagos to celebrate the end-of-year holidays. While in the city, he is anticipated to be the guest of honor at the Eyo Festival on December 27 at Tafawa Balewa Square.

The festival will honor significant figures, including President Tinubu’s mother, Alhaja Abibatu Mogaji, as well as former Lagos Governors Alhaji Lateef Jakande and Chief Michael Otedola.
