Tanner Usrey, best known for hits Take Me Home and Hold On To Me, was arrested on March 30 in Texas by the McKinney Police Department.

The 32-year-old was released the same day after posting a $12,500 bond, reports The Daily Mail , as per Collin County Jail records.
It is reportedly the singer’s second DWI charge, according to the booking information.
Usrey is due to play at the Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo on April 11.
He is also set to perform at Fiesta Oyster Bake, the Larry Joe Taylor’s Texas Music Festival and Rock the Country Bellville.
Usrey, from Prosper, Texas, released his debut album, Crossing Lines, in 2023.
In 2025, he released These Days.
He described the second album as being about heartbreak and appreciating “every little moment.”
“It’s about heartbreak, as usual, but the overall theme is more mature than what I’ve been writing about,” Usrey told Rolling Stone .
“I want to appreciate every little moment, and every day that I make it through, and everybody else makes it through,” he added.
“It’s not all self-destruction anymore, it’s about real stuff.”
