STRICTLY Come Dancing star Thomas Skinner has responded after being mocked by viewers for his latest performance on the dancefloor.
The 34-year-old performed a Salsa to Dizzee Rascal’s popular song "Bonkers" alongside his partner, but fans were left far from impressed.

Viewers took to X to express their opinions, with one stating: “There are things a woman should never be subjected to in life, and high on the list is hip thrusting.”

Another unimpressed social media user wrote: “Never, ever in my life do I want to see Thomas Skinner in tight, sequined clothing, gyrating out of time on my TV again. I think my dinner is coming back up.”
A third viewer commented: “I give Thomas and Amy a 1. Not a single Salsa step, Thomas. No hips, no fluidity. I commend your strength, but it’s NOT Salsa. At all. I’m sorry.”
Now, the star has hit back, taking to X to address the backlash following his performance.
He wrote: “LOVED EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF THAT!! I know I’m not the best dancer. But I’m trying. And Amy has been amazing!!”
“Enjoying the rest of the dancers! They’re all incredible. And if you want to see me next week, please vote for me and Amy. Love you all. Bosh,” he concluded.
The pair received a very low score of just 13 for their energetic Salsa, with judges commenting that he looked like he was competing in a “weight lifting competition.”
He added that the performance “lacked any real hip rotation or fluidity.”
Another judge simply described the performance as “interesting,” while another remarked: “You gave it a good effort.”
The scores from last week were combined with this week’s, placing Thomas and Amy second to last on the leaderboard, just above and .
This puts them at risk of being in the dreaded dance-off during Sunday night’s results show, potentially leaving the competition for good.
Thomas has faced controversy ever since it was announced he would be joining the iconic show.
