THE wedding of TV’s Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash has never been made legal.
They held a in 2022 but didn’t follow it up.

The pair, who have six kids, built lucrative careers on their family image.
They staged a showy wedding in the garden of their Instagram-famous home but never “got round” to formally registering the union.
A source explained: “They always intended to do the legal part, but with six kids and busy diaries just haven’t got round to it — life has got in the way.”

And last night an insider said: “Fans will be justified in feeling they’ve been misled.
“And it will certainly raise eyebrows with firms and even TV execs that they’ve invested in a perfect picture that’s all a sham.”
The Sun’s revelation comes after it emerged last weekend that personality and footballer did n after a ceremony in front of cameras.
Stacey, who has two children from a previous relationship, and Joe, who has one, of their historic in July 2022.

Instead they shared snaps on and asked media outlets who used them to make a donation to bereaved children’s Grief Encounter.
They wrote online about their big day in a joint post for their millions of followers.
One caption read: “Forever. Me and My Husband. I don’t think I will ever get used to saying that. It all feels like a dream.”
Stacey then added a quote from writer Dr Seuss which said: “You know you’re in love when you don’t want to fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”
She went on: “The most special day that we didn’t ever want to end.
“We love you all and the special community we’ve built on here so, so much and couldn’t wait to share these moments with you.”
Famous guests included Stacey’s co-star , a best friend of Joe’s mum. Towie’s performed with his band.
The happy couple were congratulated online by celebs including Stacey’s then-best pal , known as influencer .
She wrote: “You are the most beautiful bride, and this was the most beautiful day.
“I love you both so much Stace. Mr and Mrs Solomon Swash always.”
A source said: “Stacey and Joe obviously knew that their garden wedding wasn’t legal and were upfront about that.”

Stacey briefed fans about the technicalities of marrying at home, confirming they would make it legal after the bash.
She wrote: “To get married anywhere legally, the place has to have a ‘civil ceremony’ licence.
“One of the requirements for this licence is that the premises must be made ‘readily available’ for ceremonies.
“As this is our private family home and we need it to remain that way we couldn’t go for that option.
“So we are having a relaxed private blessing in front of our closest friends and family and a ceremony of our love to each other.
“We will register our marriage legally after.”
Stacey, who appeared on in 2009 and won I’m a Celebrity the next year, often plays host to TV cameras at the house.
It featured in her series Renovation Rescue and long-running BBC series Sort Your Life Out, where she advises on decor and organisation.
She is now a Loose Woman and recently sat on the panel for Britain’s Got Talent.

Joe, who found fame in Albert Square as Mickey Miller and won I’m A Celeb in 2008, has most recently fronted BBC documentary Teens in Care, based on his own experiences.
Together they star in a reality series Stacey & Joe, which has run for two series since 2024.
They command a hefty fee for brand work, including family fashion ranges for and George at and complimentary trips with Haven Holidays.
They met on I’m A Celeb in 2010, when Joe was hosting spin-off Extra Camp, but did not start dating until 2016.
Joe proposed on Christmas Eve in 2020 during a romantic woodland walk and their wedding plans soon captivated fans.
In an exclusive interview and photoshoot with Hello magazine, Stacey said: “Our Theo and Peanut will of course also be involved!
“They’re getting suits made and they’ll have bow ties.”
In a video after the wedding, she said: “We have cleaned the tables and chairs and they’re ready to be donated.
“We wanted to spread the donations across different charities.”
The family moved into their mansion in 2021 and have had three children together, taking the total to six.
Representatives for Joe and Stacey declined to comment.

He made his TV debut in an Andrex advert aged seven, then found fame in EastEnders — and won I’m A Celebrity in 2008.
She was the Essex girl, aged 20, who worked in a chip shop when her soulful voice wowed Simon Cowell — and she finished third on The X Factor in 2009.
When Stacey and Joe met in Australia, as she won I’m A Celebrity in 2010, they were both in other relationships.
Love finally blossomed in 2016 and two years later they moved in together, blending their families.
In 2019, they welcomed their first child, Rex, and in 2020 Joe proposed during a woodland walk.
They moved to Pickle Cottage in March 2021 then in October, on Stacey’s 32nd birthday, she gave birth to daughter Rose.
Their garden wedding followed in July 2022 and then, in February 2023, along came their third child, Belle.
