The Spice Girls are set to activate their "rule of four" agreement, which will prevent Geri Horner from delaying the filming of their Netflix television biopic.
This approach was agreed upon by the five-member group, allowing the majority to move forward with a project without requiring unanimous consent from all members.

This agreement would allow Geri, Melanie C, and Emma to collaborate with the streaming service on a show that will detail their remarkable journey.
A source close to the situation revealed: “Geri has been hesitant for nearly a year, and the rest of the band is eager to move forward as next year marks the 30th anniversary of their debut single 'Wannabe.'
“Several projects are being discussed to commemorate the occasion, including a documentary and potentially a tour or performance by the group.
“However, a drama would require less involvement from the girls; they only need to endorse the project and contribute their insights as needed.
“Unfortunately, progress has been significantly delayed, and the creators are eager to get started.”
The project has been in development since last year with Orchid Productions, led by the esteemed Suzanne Mackie, who produced 'The Crown' for the streaming platform.
The script for the drama is being written by acclaimed writer Jack Rooke, known for the award-winning comedy 'Big Boys' and a close friend of many of the group members.
The rule of four agreement has been utilized before, particularly when the band toured as a four-member group in 2019 without Geri, who was focused on her fashion business.
Recently, she mentioned the possibility of performing again, even hinting at a gig at the iconic Sphere stage in Las Vegas with the girls.
Nevertheless, she remained non-committal.
Victoria added: “It would be tempting. But could I handle a world tour? No, I can’t. I have a job.
“How fantastic would it be for the Spice Girls to perform at the Sphere! I love the idea. But I’m not sure if I could still sing; I mean, I was never that great!”
Netflix and representatives for the Spice Girls have been contacted for comments.
