A DOMINATRIX receiving more than £1,000 a month in benefits for conditions including severe disability is selling sexual services on adult websites.
Melanie Bull — also known as Lola Steel and Scarlett Rose — can also make up to an extra £1,000 a month after boasting that she specialises in “financial domination”.

She gets after demonstrating that her medical condition severely impacts her ability to carry out everyday tasks which can include getting to the bathroom or needing help to eat with a knife and fork.
And the 47-year-old mum of one also gets more state handouts: , for having “limited capability” to work, and for her rented home.
Yet Miss Bull is not allowing her condition to limit her racy online activities or stop her from going out. In one advert on website UK Adult Zone, she says: “My name is Lola Steel.
“I am a professional mistress who enjoys being a dominant powerful bitch and getting my own way.
“I cover many different fetishes and kinks. I also do phone sessions, text sessions, email sessions.”
And she tells punters online to “step into my world of pleasure”.
Bull gets paid to humiliate so-called male “paypig” clients who send her money and gifts for her pleasure.
A source said: “She makes up to £1,000 a month from a roster of clients who get a sexual thrill from being humiliated. She gets them to send gifts and cash payments.
“The average payment is £20 but she will get them to send one after another so it can be as much as £100 a day.
“The clients call her ‘goddess,’ while she refers to them as ‘paypigs’ and ‘pathetic maggots’. They love her calling them those names. She refers to them as her ‘findom’ (financial domination) clients.
“Her pictures on the websites she uses are very racy, including showing off her large cleavage.”
Through the UK Adult Zone website, she offers clients an hour-long “in-call” for £110 and for an “out-call” the same length of time it is £150.

On one occasion, according to the source, Bull became concerned when a client gifted her a home delivery of a 55-inch screen TV and she had to leave the box by the bins outside her house in .
The source added: “She didn’t want to draw any attention to her having money to spend on goods like a large- screen telly, in case it led to officials questioning her about her income.”
On another website, called Sadistic Mistress, she goes under the name Scarlett Rose.
Two weeks ago she went to her local pub’s karaoke night where she sang (I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life, from the movie, and was also seen out in a cab going into her local city centre.
To qualify to receive PIP she had to convince the that her medical condition impacts her ability to carry out daily tasks and move around “consistently and safely”.
PIP stands for Personal Independence Payment. It is given out as a to “help with daily living needs and mobility needs”, according to the DWP guidelines. Her condition effectively causes her a disability, she would have claimed.
She also gets some Universal Credit money for having “limited capability” for work.
Sources say her total amount of benefit money is more than £1,000 each month.
Last week , who is leading a review of welfare and social care, said even she would qualify for disability support based on an official survey by the DWP, as she called for the country to ask “difficult questions” on reforming the system.
She pointed out that 16.8million people self-reported a in 2023-24, equivalent to one in four British people.
Baroness Casey went on: “I would qualify and I’m sitting here right now. I’m not disabled but I could qualify if I answered those questions based on my medical records.”
The DWP guides that when people are receiving any benefit, they must tell DWP if things in their life change as soon as this happens to ensure they receive the correct amount of financial support and do not fall into debt.
This includes any earnings they receive.
Chairman and MP told The Sun on Sunday: “This case raises serious questions. PIP should be reserved for those who genuinely need help, yet Labour are allowing the system to be exploited.
“Reform UK would crack down on anyone abusing the system, bring back face-to-face PIP assessments and ensure taxpayers’ money only goes to those who genuinely need it.”
Last night a DWP spokesperson said: “Universal Credit claimants must inform DWP of their earnings. Not doing so can lead to imprisonment.”
Melanie Bull denied being on adult websites.
She declined to comment when asked about being on PIP and Universal Credit.
